Baltimore police are investigating an armed carjacking of a Lyft driver.
City police said officers were called around 3:35 p.m. Tuesday to the 5600 block of Chrysler Avenue, where a 42-year-old Lyft driver said she picked up a customer who, from the back seat, pulled out a handgun and told her to get out.
The victim said the assailant got into the driver’s seat and sped off toward Liberty Heights Avenue in her black Acura MDX with Maryland license plates 2ES2124.
The victim was not injured. No further information was immediately released.
