A former Baltimore County police officer is accused of kidnapping his daughters at gunpoint in Pennsylvania.
York Area Regional police said Robert Vicosa held a woman at gunpoint Tuesday in Windsor Township and left with her vehicle and his 6- and 7-year-old daughters.
Police said they found the vehicle in Red Lion borough and that the girls are in extreme danger.
Vicosa was last seen wearing blue pajama pants, a green long-sleeved 3/4 zip-up shirt and muck boots, WBAL-TV’s sister station, WGAL, reported.
Police said the public should not approach Vicosa because he has at least one firearm.
Pennsylvania State Police have issued a missing endangered person advisory for the children.
Baltimore County police said Vicosa was an officer until he was terminated in August.Source: WBAL
